Introduction to Taipei Computer Association (TCA)
Taipei ComputerAssociation (TCA), founded in 1974, has more than 4000 business members, covering software, hardware, semiconductor and electronic component products, manufacturing, sales, network communication services, etc. The output value accounts for more than 80% of Taiwan's ICT industry. At present, the association has offices in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Suzhou, Beijing, Guangzhou, Fuzhou in China, and service centers in Tokyo, Japan.
Existing services of the TCA include policy advice, information application promotion, exhibition and marketing at home and abroad, information and intelligence, and skills training.
In the pursuit of industrial development, the association, in combination with its member manufacturers and the government, Cares for the vulnerable groups, reduces the digital gap between urban and rural areas, and helps build Taiwan into a scientific, technological and humanistic society.
Each June COMPUTEX TAIPEI is the largest computer exhibition in Asia and the most influential ICT procurement platform in the world, it bringing more than $25 billion in business opportunities to Taiwan's ICT industry.In order to create new opportunities for future growth, the association also actively promotes the wireless broadband, cloud, mobile and Internet of things industries, assists Taiwan's manufacturing upgrading, small and medium-sized enterprises to explore the mainland and emerging markets, and participates in the activation of Taiwan's industry, leading Taiwan manufacturers to reach new heights.
In the future, the association will strive to achieve the vision of "Taiwan ICT industry power" and "world class industry association" by serving its member manufacturers with the utmost enthusiasm in the direction of internationalization and specialization.
